Commercialisation has long been an important way to realise impact from research.
Governments, funders and universities are increasingly recognising the unique value that the social sciences, arts and humanities (sometimes referred to as SHAPE disciplines) can bring, particularly when it comes to addressing big societal challenges. However, the pathways to commercialise such research are often quite different.
New for 2022, our Association of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP) accredited course ‘Impact through Commercialisation for Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities’ draws on our extensive experience in this emerging area, providing rich, case-study based training to kick-start your SHAPE commercialisation activities. It is currently the only ATTP accredited course of its kind.
