Lisa is responsible for working collaboratively across the organisation, managing and delivering high quality global entrepreneurship and innovation projects.

Lisa’s portfolio of work includes programmes such as Aspect (A SHAPE Platform for Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Transformation), Santander X Global Entrepreneurship Challenges and Royal Academy of Engineering LIF Global 2023, whilst also utilising her commercial background to assist with company operations and business development opportunities.

Lisa has previous experience managing custom Executive Education programmes for University of Oxford, Said Business School, working on strategic projects with partners in Japan and as client relationship manager for programmes in the Middle East.

Most recently, she has been working with the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership to provide developmental support programmes for SMEs within the region, facilitating significant capital investment and innovation grants supported by BEIS, UKRI, Innovate UK, and more.

Working across both public and private sectors, Lisa is skilled in aligning a diverse range of stakeholders’ views to enable collaboration and promote business innovation, growth and skills development.
