Oxentia Ltd is looking for a Business Development Associate with an extensive network within the South East Asia region.  

Are you someone with: 

  • Experience in innovation consulting
  • A background in either Government, Development Banks, Innovation Agencies, Incubators, Accelerators, University Technology Transfer Offices, Entrepreneurship Support Organisations, or Innovation-focussed Corporate sectors
  • A demonstrable network of connections with senior stakeholders and decision makers within the target region
  • Residence within the South East Asian region  

Your responsibilities for the South East Asia region will include: 

  • Development of relationships with stakeholders, policymakers, and decision-makers within target client groups
  • Development of leads and liaising with the core Oxentia team for the preparation of commercial proposals for prospective clients
  • Triaging of opportunities arising from public procurement within the region, and supporting public tendering participation

Experience and demonstrable networks in at least one (but preferably multiple) of the following priority target countries is required: Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines, and Indonesia.

As an Oxentia Business Development Associate, you will be supported by the core team through: 

  • A single point of contact within Oxentia to support you in lead qualification, proposal preparation, and conversion of leads to new contracts
  • Promotional material, including slide decks, brochures, and case studie
  • An Oxentia email address and title 

Remuneration for the role: 

  • A competitive success fee commission, payable upon receipt of payment from clients against invoices
  • If involved in project delivery, you will be paid at a day rate to be agreed upon project commencement
  • The possibility of evolving the relationship to include a retainer fee payable in exchange for business development activities
