Eman joined Oxentia at the end of 2024, bringing more than a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, ecosystem building and strategic partnerships across the UK and the Arab world.
Her track record includes growing digital-skills communities throughout Europe, brokering multi-million-pound partnerships for a greentech scale-up, and co-founding Esnad, a Palestinian social enterprise, in 2013.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Eman holds an MSc in Global Innovation Management, is recognised as a Tech Nation Global Talent, and is both a Chevening Scholar and an alumna of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community.
