Sebastián joined Oxentia towards the end of 2023, working collaboratively across the organisation, coordinating and delivering high quality global entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
Sebastián has been working on projects from different sectors including the Santander X Global Entrepreneurship Challenges, the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) Global programme, and the TRUK accelerator program.
Sebastián has over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurship, advisory, and mentoring more than 150 businesses. During his time leading the entrepreneurship department at a prominent NGO in Chile, he successfully executed more than 100 programs, reaching over 30,000 businesses through interventions like mentoring, training, and financing.
He holds Bachelor of Economics and Business Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción (Chile), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a MicroMasters Program in Data, Economics, and Policy Design from MITx, and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Oxford.
